Oil Painter & Pastel Artist

“My goal in painting is to express emotions with colors, textures and contrasts of form and light. I try to distill the spirit of a place or a fleeting moment in time, and to capture the essence in oil paint on canvas. My sketchbook is filled with ideas, line drawings and photos that have made an impression. I use these libraries to inspire me. I am constantly photographing places and details to join my collections.”
